By inviting ConfTag to your Discord server or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using the service.

2. Description of Service

ConfTag provides Discord guild tag automation and server operations tooling, including:

• Guild tag detection and automatic role sync
• Member activity and moderation history
• Dashboard configuration and server-level controls
• Audit visibility for admin actions and policy flows

3. Acceptable Use

You must not use ConfTag for harassment, abuse, illegal activity, or Discord ToS violations.

• No exploitation, unauthorized access attempts, or reverse engineering
• No spam or automated abuse behavior
• No use intended to disrupt platform or community safety

4. Service Availability

ConfTag is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime and may perform maintenance or changes without prior notice.

5. Liability & Warranties

ConfTag is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
